How much does shipping cost to the USA? How long will it take my package to get here?

Tracked shipping in the USA is free for all orders over $70, and typically arrives in 2–6 business days.

 

Do you have a separate store for Canadian and international customers?

Yes, we do! Canadian and international customers, please visit www.vapenorth.ca for shipping from within Canada.

 

Where do you ship orders to?

We ship orders anywhere in the USA. For international orders, please visit our Canadian site at www.vapenorth.ca.

 

What will the charge say on my credit card statement?

All orders come from SPVENT — no mention of Sneaky Pete or vaporizers appears on your statement.

 

What options for payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa & MasterCard.

 

What will the return address say on my package?

The return address will be to the Fulfillment Center — again, no mention of Sneaky Pete or vaporizers on your labels.

 

How often do you ship? How long until I receive my tracking number (if I chose tracked shipping)?

We ship orders out every weekday. Orders are typically shipped within 24–48 hours (except weekends), but we strive for same-day or next-day dispatch whenever possible.

 

My tracking says “Successfully Delivered” but I haven't received my item yet — what should I do?

Please contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 right away. Sometimes a parcel is scanned early or placed in a safe location that's not expected. Check with neighbours, a concierge/front desk, and around the delivery area. The sooner you call, the easier it is to locate.

 

Where do you ship from?

Our US orders ship from Windsor, Wisconsin.

 

I noticed an extra bank charge on my card — what is that, and how do I get it refunded?

Our warehouse is in Wisconsin and our payment processor is in Canada. On rare occasions, a bank may add an international transaction fee. If that happens, email us a screenshot of the charge and we’ll happily refund it.

 

Can I get a refund if my item goes on sale later?

If an item goes on sale within 3 days of purchase, we can refund the difference. From days 4–7, we can offer store credit. This does not apply to special limited-item/limited-time “Fire” or “Flash” sales. If your order contained free gifts, the value of those gifts will be deducted when calculating any refund/store credit.

 

What if I see my item include free gifts later?

Refunds are only applicable to price differences, not free-gift promotions. If it’s within 3 days of purchase when you notify us, we’re happy to add the promo gifts to a subsequent order you place.

 

What is the Best Price Guarantee?

We want you to shop with confidence. If you find a better price on an identical item we offer, email the offer to info@sneakypetevaporizers.com. The identical item must be in stock from an authorized US online retailer, and we must be able to replicate the price in our cart. If we can’t match it, we’ll give you 5% off anything we sell for your next order. One 5% code per customer per month.
