Tracked shipping in the USA is free for all orders over $70, it typically arrives in 2-6 business days.  

We ship orders anywhere in the USA. International customers, please visit us at www.vapenorth.ca for shipping from Canada. 

Returns

Please take a moment to read our return policy before placing your order, if you have ANY questions please email us at info@sneakypetevaporizers.com.  Your order is eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.  Returned items MUST be UNUSED, in the original packaging, with all accessories also UNUSED and intact.  If the item has a seal and that has been broken, a mandatory 20% restocking fee will apply to any eligible return.  

If your item has been opened, used, is missing components, or has packaging that has been damaged or is missing, your order won't be eligible for a return.  Items that are sent back to us that do not fulfill these requirements will be returned to the sender. We cannot be held liable for return items that are lost or damaged by the Postal Service.

Warranty

All of our items ship with the same warranty as if purchased directly from the manufacturer.  If your product requires warranty service, we will direct you as to the most expeditious route to obtain the service, typically directly from the manufacturer with our assistance.  In our experience, this is the most beneficial way to obtain the proper repairs and servicing for your products.
