An Impressive Water Pipe Holds Lots or a Little Made from several components, the meat of the High Rise System starts with the water pipe, and it’s a considerable unit. With a wide base and massive reservoir, you’ll be able to fill it with enough water to cool down the hottest hits while being stable on the table. The High Rise features a high volume, ultra-bubbling, wide diameter percolator that both sits close to the bottom of the piece and is bolstered to it for additional strength. This low position lets you fill the water pipe with a small amount of water and still get some cooling which can be advantageous and provide the best flavour.
